Since 2009, we amplify organizational growth, working in the intersection between investors, owners, boards and management teams of growth companies as a long-term growth-advisor and executive recruitment partner. The ecosystem in which we operate is daring, ambitious and forward-leaning – hence our name. 

Our team consists of 15 consultants working from offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg. We deploy a systemic model to develop our own business. Everyone is invited – and expected – to contribute from day one. We foster self-leadership but do things together and go to multiple off-sites every year to learn and develop.
